Wayne Thomas Group was founded in Loganville, Georgia by Tommy DeMilio
in 1993. Tommy began his early career as a craftsman (carpentry),
and then spent spent a number of years as a project supervisor for
a couple of large Atlanta builders.
His employer hated to see him go when he decided that he would make
homebuilding his life's work, and start his own company to realize
that dream. From that moment back in 1993 on, Tommy has never looked
back...except to take care of the over 1,300 satisfied customers
that he'd put into beautiful new Wayne Thomas Group homes since that
time.
Tommy made a pledge to himself from the very beginning of Wayne Thomas
Group... a pledge that he continues to live and work by today. It
is a solid commitment to build each house as if he were building it
for his own family, and to treat each homeowner as he'd like to be
treated... fairly, and with respect.
